Each SHOW US YOUR TUNTS host is eligible to participate in the AMERICAN TUNT Contest and can enter as many of the individual categories as they want to by meeting each category’s requirements.

Instructions on ‘how to’ upload photographs and video can be found on the SHOW US YOUR TUNTS host’s film page after signing up for a SHOW US YOUR TUNTS screening.
The SHOW US YOUR TUNTS host that screens VISIONEERS to the most people and proves attendance by uploading a photo of the audience giving the Jeffers salute and taking online RSVPs will be eligible to win the Grand Prize. All SHOW US YOUR TUNTS hosts that sign up through the SHOW US YOUR TUNTS screening program will be eligible to compete.
Flight, accommodations, tickets to a special VISIONEERS event in New York or Los Angeles with Zach Galifianakis in attendance.
By providing this entry (“Digital Content”), you grant to B-Side Entertainment, Inc. a nonexclusive, worldwide license to (i) create, provide and insert content including, but not limited to logos, the B-Side tradename and other creative insertions before, in, on, and/or after the Digital Content; and (ii) distribute, display, transmit, perform and use the Digital Content for any legal purpose in all media now or hereafter devised around the world. You represent that you have the right to provide the Digital Content and grant the license described.
Select your favorite scene from the film and add your own personal directorial flair. Videos should be no longer than 10 minutes in length.

If you or any of your friends look like Zach Galifianakis then this is the category for you.
Each First Prize Winner will receive a Zach Galifianakis signed limited-edition VISIONEERS poster and a tuntastic array of Jeffers’ office supplies/merchandise.
Winners will be chosen from a panel of esteemed Level 5 Tunts including filmmakers Jared Drake and Brandon Drake.

OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES
The contest is sponsored and conducted by B-Side Entertainment, Inc. (“Company”), whose address is 327 Congress Avenue, Suite 650, Austin, TX 78701. Contestants from the 48 contiguous states in the United States where the contest is legal may participate.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win, but for a contestant to win some prizes the contestant must have a copy of the film which can be acquired from Company for shipping and handling charges.
There are 4 Categories for Prizes
Grand Prize Category: VISIONEERS Screenings
The host who screens the film VISIONEERS for the most people who agree to RSVP for his/her event on visioneersthemovie.com and provides photo/video uploaded to the American Tunt Contest photo page showing evidence of the screening will win the Grand Prize. By uploading the photo/video, the host is providing a right and license for Company to use the uploaded photo/video on Company’s websites and websites related to the film.
Grand Prize: Flight, accommodations, tickets to a special VISIONEERS screening in NY or LA with Zach Galifianakis in attendance.
Additional Categories
1. Best recorded scene reenactment from VISIONEERS.
2. Most beard-ly event (use your imagination)
3. Best Zach look-a-like (“The zach-a-like contest”)
For the Additional Categories, the contestant must upload their entry to the American Tunt Contest page. Entries are unlimited and by uploading the entry, the contestant is providing a right and license for Company and VISIONEERS to use the uploaded entry on Company’s websites and websites related to the film. The Additional Categories are voted on exclusively by a jury comprised of the writer and director of VISIONEERS and one additional person to be determined by the Company so keep in mind this voting is subjective.
Additional Categories Prizes: Each winner of the Additional Categories will receive a Zach Galifianakis signed limited-edition poster and Jeffers’ office supplies/merchandise.
Additional Rules
The odds of winning depend upon the total number of contestants.
Selection and prize determinations will occur on within 7 days of the close of the contest, currently scheduled for August 15, 2009 at approximately 11 AM at Company’s offices or via communication mechanism where the judges can agree on the winners for the Additional Categories. Winners will be notified 24 hours after the winners are determined.
The prize winners’ names and address will be available at Company’s offices immediately following awarding of the prize. The name of the winners will be posted on visioneersthemovie.com after the contest.
Open only to persons who are 18 years old or older at the time of entry. Company is not responsible for entries that are lost, misdirected, mutilated or illegible. If Company is unable to locate a prize winner within 2 days of the end of the contest, Company may select a new prize winner and the previous winner will forfeit their prize.
The contest is not valid where it could contravene local or state laws, and all local and state laws and regulations apply. The winner, unless he or she is a resident of Tennessee, will be required to execute any required Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability/Prize Acceptance form upon picking up his or her prize. Such affidavit will allow Company to use the winner’s name, likeness in future advertising.
Employees of Company or VISIONEERS, their affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each, are not eligible.
By participation in this contest, entrants agree to be bound by these Contest Rules. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.
